Case Studies
One of the first and top-priority assignments I worked on at ITC Infotech's hi-tech business unit was to create a repository of customer case studies.
Challenges:
The existing case studies were insufficient, ad-hoc, and created by several people across teams based on specific needs, and was at odds with its brand messaging.
The biggest hurdle was to persuade engineers and SMEs to allocate some time to provide content, as it was time-consuming.
Outcome:
To streamline the process, I created and maintained standardized questionnaires, as well as devised a detailed template that could be easily reused to fit a shorter Powerpoint slide or expanded into an in-depth case study.
This also helped in keeping the brand messaging consistent across all case studies and collateral for the business unit.
Presentations
E-trading Startup - VC pitch presentation
I was hired to provide content and design services for a stock trading startup’s investor pitch presentation. I provided developmental editing, proofreading, and design services. I also created a defined content flow and structure for the presentation, improving continuity, clarity, and visual coherence.
Challenge: Researching and understanding a complex topic / industry I was not familiar with quickly, and provide insightful content recommendations.
Outcome: The client was able to get funding and successfully launch Snaptrade after this presentation.
